Minimum Income Required: 4.5x monthly rent

Minimum Income Required: 4.5x monthly rent

INCLUDES WATER ONLY
Total: 820 Sq Ft
Rental Rate: $1,120/month
Minimum Income Required: 4x monthly rent

Kensington Village Does Not Allow Dogs On Property. One Indoor, Cat Allowed Per Unit at no extra Charge.
Kensington Village apartments is located in the city of buffalo. students will attend Buffalo public DISTRICT schools.
